So Salvatore is the only Forgotten Realms author, or even D&D author that I've ever read, so my knowledge on all this is very very little.
What book tells the story of how the Spellplague gets started? I heard the Spellplague was started because someone murdered the Goddess of magic. I just think this sounds like an epic story. I didn't even know there was one singular Goddess in that world for all the magic. Good grief, wouldn't that make her like one of the higher, more powerful deities in the Forgotten Realms? Who the heck can murder that, lol?
I'm going to be so ticked off if no author actually wrote this story! But oh well.
