(Result) "The good book says..." (Organized religion [Christian, Jewish, Islamic, Hindu, Voodoo, Nordic, Wiccan, etc, and any combination/mutilation]) "Preachers are for pansies! God doesn't care about church." (Non-organized religion [same as above]) "Peace, love, and incense." (Non-religious spirituality [believe in the supernatural, but its nature is unknown or doesn't fit in any religion]) "It's all a buncha bull." (Atheism... or agnosticism if you must, but really you're just an atheist without balls.) Other. (I know somethings may not fit exactly in the above. Is there really such as thing as organized buddhism? Etc)

May 5 10 11:25 AM Trouble Maker	I am a Catholic and I love my faith. That being said I have real issues with "the church" telling me how to live my life or what I can or cannot do. I also have issue with people that believe that the Pope is infallible. But all in all, I do love the Catholic faith. All that being said...I am not a really good Catholic....in the eyes of the church.

May 5 10 3:35 PM	I chose the Agnostic option, even though I don't think "it's all a buncha bull". I understand that people have different beliefs and won't criticise them for it (ok, that's not completely true, but shhh). I just don't think religion is for me. Well, until someone sets me down in a room of charming preachers. I do believe in the power of people to influence other people.

Apr 14 11 11:30 PM Dragon	I was born and raised Roman Catholic. My first 14 years of education is from several catholic schools from which I have been in a lot of trouble - not because of low marks, I was an honor student, but a delinquent one who is often sent to the principal's office because of various (and some grave and serious) offenses like stealing and drinking altar wine, then asking the Dean who is a priest, if I am now an immortal. I believe in the Catholic faith, I just do not need the Church, I can talk to my God without another human being present. I also believe in the Hindu faith, I just could not bring myself to practice it - I love burgers and steaks, and could not give up meat. I practice yoga. I do try to follow the Eight Fold path of Buddhism, but I get emotionally attached to friends and family and it is impossible to live a very bland unattached life. I appreciate Zen buddhism and try to apply it in my life and in my home. Edited 1 time by Minerva Apr 14 11 11:32 PM.

I doubt there's such a thing as a god/-dess, but I don't claim to know, and I don't know if there is any way to know. I guess you could say I'm an "I-don't-know-ist".

Actually all of AronRa's videos are quite informative and worth the watch. I don't know whether or not there is a god so therefore I am agnostic, I am also an atheist because I do not think that a god as defined by any religion can exist. I am also spiritual because I have experianced things that are unexplainable any other way, for example: I have had things levitate and move from one side of a room I was in to another (more than 30 feet from the kitchen to the farthest shelf in the house) in a house I was living in and it was witnessed by six other people (some of whom are now firm believers in a god or gods). I went through the checklist to make sure there was nothing going on in the house or on the property that would make us hallucinate (no gas leaks, chemicles in the air water or soil, no strange magnetic phenomena, and no abnormal electrical activity. it happened more than once and I had the place checked for anything out of the ordinary each time)and even sought professional help to see if perhaps there was anything abnormal happening with my brain and was told that there was absolutely nothing wrong with me so I have come to the conclusion that some kind of intelligently directed force was at work. Some things just cannot yet be explained by modern science.

May 7 11 5:40 AM The Rogue	For me, i suppose its possible that a god exists. Just in the same way that we exist out of nothing, i guess its possible for a super being to exist too. If i was a smart super being i suppose i might find some reason to keep my existence a mystery... I am very much non-religious though, and if a god does exist i dont think it makes a difference one way or another in my life. We all have to rely on ourselves.

That's some wild stuff, Mikey! LOL That had me doubting my sanity for a long while. If not for those six other individuals, I would probably be in a padded cell right now. I haven't witnessed anything quite that dramatic since then, but I have seen things that support my conclusion that there are intelligent energies at work in this reality that science has not yet confirmed. I spent far too much money in order to be 100 percent certain that there was nothing going on to make me and the others hallucinate the same exact thing. There are some groups out there who are actually trying to help people whether or not they really are experiancing phenomena, and those trying to make a quick buck with no concern for the people involved. I won't go into details about the groups I've contacted in my efforts to try and make sense of these experiances, but there is actual video and photo evidence to back my theory up. That makes me feel slightly more sane.

Looks like nobody really cared to start flinging insults, so awesome. And yes, it would hurt a lot less to be nutless when qualifying for America's Funniest Groin Shots. Love the crazy account from Metal Chef. I've seen strange things too, nothing quite that unexplainable. I think I fall into that same multiple category situation as Metal Chef.

Say taking John Milton's "Paraside Lost" And seeing more trith in that than many preachings of today. May 19 11 10:24 AM	Remove this ad Lordofthemarshes - glad you had a good chuckle, it was my intention. :) Grimmborn - I had a good talk with a friend of mine who is also exploring Zen Taoism (and maybe something else very similar) - we were talking about synchronicity. I find meaningful coincidences (and sometimes even meaningless coincidences) interesting, and from the perspective of where my faith (and life journey) has brought me, I can sometimes feel the hand of God at work wielding the tools of synchronicity around us.
