Lae,
Do you think it would be necessary, or at least a good idea, to include the legal language from <WOTC's Fan Site Kit Policy> here? Since we do feature extensive use of quotes from the publications, and occasionally official and fan-made pictures, does this policy concern us, here?
The relevant language seems to be:
It is my understanding that numerous inquiries from numerous fan sites have yielded little in the way of concrete answers from WOTC's legal department, so it's not a simple matter.
Perhaps, at the very least, there should be such a notice at the bottom of the "Works" Forum, and possibly also the "Games" Forum?
For now, I'm going to add it to my Chronology.
What say you?

The relevant language seems to be:
Copyright and Trademark Information: "Wizards of the Coast, Magic: The Gathering, and their logos are trademarks of Wizards of the Coast LLC in the United States and other countries. © 2010 Wizards. All Rights Reserved."and, also:
Legal Notice: "This [Web site] is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or specifically approved by Wizards of the Coast LLC. This [Web site] may use the trademarks and other intellectual property of Wizards of the Coast LLC, which is permitted under Wizards' Fan Site Policy [link]. For example, DUNGEONS & DRAGONS®, D&D®, PLAYER'S HANDBOOK 2®, and DUNGEON MASTER'S GUIDE® are trademark[s] of Wizards of the Coast and D&D® core rules, game mechanics, characters and their distinctive likenesses are the property of the Wizards of the Coast. For more information about Wizards of the Coast or any of Wizards' trademarks or other intellectual property, please visit their website at (www.wizards.com)."The catch seems to be that that lingo is supposed to be featured on every single "page" that contains WOTC-related content. Does that mean every single thread, or even every post within a thread, on a discussion forum?!!
