Q: What is the "DemonWars" series?
A: The Demon Wars series is seven books that take place in R.A. Salvatore's own fantasy setting of Corona, which is unrelated to the Forgotten Realms, the setting of the Drizzt Saga. The DemonWars series comes highly recommended from board members, and is considered some of RAS's best writing, indeed, many, including RAS, consider Mortalis to be his best piece of writing *see note.

A: A world created by RAS seperate from Wizards of the Coast and The Forgotten Realms. Basically it's his personal sandbox where he makes up the rules.
Q: When is the next book set in Corona?
A: The Dame, book 3 of the mini-series "Saga of the First King", is scheduled for an August '09 release (see p.4 of <this promotional booklet> from Tor Books).
Q: What is The Highwayman?
A: A non-DemonWars novel set in Corona, it precedes the events of the DemonWars Series by hundreds of years. The Highwayman is currently in production to also be released in comic format by the talented folks at Dabel Bros. Productions. The hardcover edition also has the Drizzt short story "The Dowry".
This novel was subsequently packaged as the first volume of an entire prequel trilogy known as "Saga of the First King".
Q: What is Brotherhood of the Lost?
A: A novel set in Corona, but written by James Lowder, unfortunately, due to time constraints, and other various issues, the project has been taken off the shelf. Both parties, Bob, and James, left the table satisfied, with no animosity what-so-ever.
Q: Is there or will there ever be a Demonwars Collector's Edition?
A: The most common answer is no. It would make for a truly massive book though.

Q: Any movies planned?

Mortalis was written not long after Star Wars: Vector Prime. This may not seem like such a big deal, but the events that Bob wrote within this tale produced many hate/anger filled emails and letters. During this time, Bob also lost his best friend, Gary. His brother. 'Tis a loss for the world, IMHO. With these events fresh in his thoughts, Bob wrote the novel Mortalis. A darker tale then what one would normally expect, yet a truely fantastic one
