The premise is simple, just post your recent book purchases. Mine: - The Bonehunters by Steven Erikson - At the Mountains of Madness and Other Tales of Terror by H.P. Lovecraft - The Best of H. P. Lovecraft: Bloodcurdling Tales of Horror and the Macabre About to order as soon as I get my paycheck: - The Blade Itself by Joe Abercrombie - The Final Empire (Mistborn) by Brandon Sanderson - The Lies of Locke Lamora by Scott Lynch - Lord Foul's Bane (The Chronicles of Thomas Covenant the Unbeliever by Stephen R. Donaldson - The Innocent Mage by Karen Miller Edit: Some purchases while shopping this afternoon. - The Highwayman by Salvatore - The Mage Awakened by Karen Miller (Although I may be taking a huge risk on this since I haven't even read the first. I just couldn't pass it up as it is quite cheaper, not to mention coming across a fantasy new release in Walmart is like finding buried treasure.) 10/03/07 2:40 PM	A couple weeks ago i bought, Magician: Master, by Raymond Feist Legend by David Gemmel The Lies of Locke Lamora by Scott Lynch The Gilded Chain by Dave Duncan, Magician: Apprentice The Briar King by Greg Keyes Currently im reading Magician master as I have finished Apprentice and even The Briar King, which were both amazing books. In addition i cannot wait to storm through the rest of these books as they seem like great novels.

Enjoy A Game of Thrones, just be sure to savor it, never know when George is going to get around to finishing the series. 10/23/07 11:45 AM	okay well, I got recently... Red Seas Under Red Skies---great novel(Already read to!) Silverthorn R. Feist---first two novels were great and I think this is focused on Prince Arutha, and I liked his character a lot. A Clash of Kings GRRM---I was unsure about reading A Game of Thrones, but after the first 100 pages, I was reading the book at 170 pages a day(and thats pretty good for me being in high school and such) it was a great book. Blood KNight Keyes---I really liked the first two, so I do not expect any less here. King Beyond the Gate by David Gemmel---Nothing else to say here, I really liked Gemmel's writing in Legend, and I have no doubt it will be good also.

11/14/07 10:02 AM Buffalo Herder	I just went to the bookstore looking for some audio books to keep me entertained for the 24 hours after Lasik that I can't read, watch TV or play on the computer. I ended up buying The Constant Princess by Philippa Gregory on CD Pop Goes the Weasle by James Patterson on CD And on the advice of the lovely lady that works at our local Waldens, I picked up The Outstreched Shadow Part One of the Obsidian Trilogy by Merceded Lackey and James Mallory. I hope it's worth it. Just remember, if the world didn't suck, we'd all fall off.
