Oct 4 11 4:51 PM	Remove this ad Hi All, I'm 31 and was introduced to Bob's books about 10-11 years ago, have hung out for each release ever since. I'm from Australia and hence am still waiting for my copy of Neverwinter book2 to arrive, but otherwise own all the others in the series (as well as the cleric quintet/demon wars and the graphic novels). Entreri is probably my favorite character I joined up because I don't do facebook and I was thinking of getting an electronic copy whilst waiting for my hard copy .... turns out amazon won't let me buy the ebook version (because of copyright reasons for those of us living in the land down under). If anyone knows where I can get a copy of the ebook in Aus I'd very much appreciate that knowledge. Regards to all.

Oct 31 11 6:38 PM	Hi All, I am new here! I discovered Bob's writing quite by accident in 2004, when I found a copy of Homeland, and have been hooked every since. Kimmuriel is among my favorite characters next being Jarlaxle! Kimmuriel is the epitome of an asexual, cold hearted, unfeeling, psychotic yet highly intelligent, a bit OCD, sociopathic, calculating, creature with a load of potential...I see him experimenting with Illithids and somehow or another managing to turn himself into an Adversary (if he hasn't already after all Jarlaxle found him wandering the underdark before the fall of his house (which I think he had a hand in)...Gromph likes to refer to him as the "wretched psionic creature"). He is extremely powerful and the fact that he "obeys" Jarlaxle as he does, leaves me wondering a lot of who/what Jarlaxle really is. I do so enjoy reading the topics on here so I decided to join. Apr 13 12 9:45 PM	Long standing fan of Salvatore's work, but very new to the forums - started with the Halfling's Gem & was horrified to discover that the friend that lent it to me had no other books of the trilogy (this was more than 15 years ago BTW), next step was to launch a raid on Book Star (nowadays Amazon lol), fell in love with Drizzt from the start but, later, Jarlaxle became my dude

May 3 12 2:34 AM	Hey all I read a lot of Salvatore's work way back when I was still gaming. Career then family came along and well, you know. Recently got into Zombie Fiction here http://adriansundeaddiary.com/ , then started writing some of my own. Then I got the hair brained idea to mix AD&D with AUD. It's probably complete crap, but I'm having fun doing it. A few people over on the other board seem to like it so maybe it's only partial crap :) Anyway, glad to be here. Still not moved along with Drizzt series since my half attempt at Orc King. But OTOH, Bransen Garibond is my favorite. I am from a small town in ohio and am currently a student at the Illinois institute of art for game design. I like to read, play lots of videogames, and oddly enough.. homework (sometimes). I'm going into what i enjoy. I play magic, D&D and am currently reading Elminster between Drizzt books. I still have yet to finish Neverwinter, and dont plan to until Charon's Claw is delivered to me :P Any other things you would like to know, just ask.

I was just trying to capture the feeling of the old days in a few keystrokes. It's good to see you again brother. My political argument days are long behind me. These days I write 1940's/1950's style YA science fiction stories. Still love me some RAS fiction though. That will never change.
