But wasnt Drizzt more of a late add on? The publishers wanted someone to be Wulfgar's sidekick? Or something like that, sorry cannot rememer at this moment.

As for worlds with Doom I think it is a kind of prerequisit for adventureres to save the world at least once, it is kind of like killing giant rats as your first enemy in many RPG games.

Alas, I have not seen the movie, but I do like the sound of discussing Fingernailian Universes. I enjoy the concept that a world or even a universe might exists at the fringes of our own, that a cavern might exist in the space beneath our beds, or a vast universe in miniature might well be perceived...

Yes, I know. Sad person am I for not knowing you had written Star Wars books. But I have read a couple of your other books, The Highway Man and the second one (the name escapes me at the moment).

Thanks for the answer Bob! Paul Goat Allen really put it out really clear - truly it is a spiritual enlightment what many people get out from your stories! The only other author I know who did this thing(mind you, I am not saying there aren't others - I just don't know them, my stack of read books ain't so big to fill a library) is J.R.R.Tolkien. His works are filled with it, soaking every sentences with a spirit so holy it makes your hair sit up! Amazing is the human soul......

I have been reading up lately on the Superman/DC Comics vs. Siegal/Shuster, plus everything that is happening with the Wheel of Time, and Paul S. Kemp leaving the Realms, and frankly it got me worried about your work as well. I have a general Drizzt question.

Is Drizzt wealthy? I mean in terms of money. I know he is with Bruenor and he would be rich that way, but that is not shared? Or would Bruenor have given Drizzt and the other companions a portion of the wealth of Mithril Hall?
