I hate to go all anime on you guys, but the two best examples I could think of would be Ichigo's very first sword from Bleach, and Inuyasha's tetsusaiga sword from Inuyasha.

So in words, it has a broad, very slightly curved blade, but with a hilt crosspiece more like that of a knightsword.

I think there is little doubt that the effects of global warming have been overstated - aided and abetted by the natural cycles of the earth. But does this mean that GW is all BS? It wouldn't make any difference in my own attempts to reduce my carbon footprint; they have nothing to do with global warming. But I still find it interesting.
