What order? Please help!

Ok...I want to read all of the books with Drizzt in chronological order. I know at the top right it shows a scrolling list but that still leaves books out. For instance, when I started reading the Pirate King I didnt understand what the heck was going on at the beginning. And now there is a new series out that has some 12 year old teaming up with Drizzt.

So Im wanting to know...what order should I read all of these books? Including pretty much all of Salvatores books. I just want...

Hello, I just realized, when I was doing a study of the French Revolution that the red cap of liberty that some of the French Revolutionaries wore looks remarkably like the ones described on Corona's powries.
Also, coupled with the fact that those wearing the cap were usually involved in the brutal executions of aristocrats and anti-revolutionaries during The Terror in the French Revolution, pretty sure powries's red caps come from the 'bonnet de la liberte'. Search it up...

Hello everyone. I've been absent for a while in collecting these adaptions of Salvatore's work and was wanting to know where they stand. The last trade I bought was the one for The Legacy. So I figured there would already be one for Starless Night and others. But from what I have read up on they have only done the first part of Starless Night.. Did their deal with Salvatore fall through and not get renewed, or are they just coming along slowly?

OK! First off the way the book was written did not go with anything the characters have been through the last 20 years. First you have Drizzt who is indomitable incarnate and will resist just about anything and at the end you have a cold worthless S.O.B. Second you have Catti-Brie and she dies or what? Does she become Meilikki or does she become a figment of our imagination. You might as well get rid of all the characters!...

So I'm curious why there are no official unabridged audiobooks for any of the Drizzt books besides Sellswords (which I don't consider Drizzt, besides 'Servant of the Shard'). I've read all the books, and I want my fiance to be able to know the stories and characters as well as I. She has lost her eyesight due to diabetes and as such I have her listen to some of the better audiobooks that I know of. I read books to her sometimes, but I am NO voice actor.

Is there a plan to record audio books of R. A Salvatore's works? I love listening to audio books on my commute and would love to have my Salvatore favorites in audio! Michael Kramer and Kate Reading do an amazing job with voices and bringing the books to audio.

Some differences in Drizzt timeline?

So I re read the Dark Elf Trilogy and then I am finishing up the Icewind Dale Trilogy again... I came across a part in Streams of Silver that says Drizzt spent centuries in the underdark. In tne Dark Elf triology I thought that he was only in the under dark for maybe 50 years before coming to the surface? Did I miss something?

Also I thought Guen was a female, in the first book on the Icewind Dale triolgy it referes to Guenywvar as a "he"

Cleric quintet ebooks

I was wondering if anyone could shed any light on the fact that, from what I can gather, only books 4 and 5 of the cleric quintet series have ebook versions. I looked both on amazon and on barnes and noble. I was just wondering if the pest three were going to be released. Thanks!

Im confused, please help...

I've been reading some of the R.A.Salvatore book, and got started on the later books by acident, started with 'the thousand orc's', then 'The Lone Drow' and filally 'The Two Swords', i then baught 'the Ocs King'. meaning to start from the begining thinking it was the earlier bookas as the books stated, however it is based after and im confused, could someone please help me somehow to find out the list of book...

I've had this thought for some time-- but it won't go away.

Noticing the similarity between the words: D'aerthe and Earth, I wonder if Jarlaxle has connections with our world.

It might explain some of the mystery about how there seems to be more to him than meets the eye, (because he seems to have emotional and intellectual resources not otherwise found in his world) and how he could be evolving...

I think that movies should be made for/about Drizzt. Have thought this for years. So much so, in fact, that I have a few ideas. Salvatore paints vivid pictures with his masterful storytelling and I think it could be easily converted to the big screen.

Of course, I would insist that any movies made are as close to the books as possible. And any script used would have to have Salvatore's stamp of approval.

I just got finished reading it.

This book is amazing.
It got to me on a personal level, since I have known someone with an emotional history similar to Entreri's.

I never knew Jarlaxle was going to turn out to be such a goodie-goodie, but, somehow, surprisingly, it doesn't bother me.

Inquiring minds want to know... (well not really, but the thought occurred to me and has been bugging me ever since) between Cattie-Brie and Drizzt, which one is the cradle robber?

Cattie-Brie is 38 and so less than half Drizzt's age. Drizzt, as far as elves go is still very young. So as far as maturity goes accounting for species, Cattie-Brie would be much older than Drizzt. But in number of years spent on the planet, Drizzt is much older. It's a little mind boggling.
